Virtual Series: Leadership in Uncertain Times

June 3, 3:00 pm - July 8, 4:15 pm

| $375

This virtual series will begin on June 3rd and will occur every Wednesday until July 8th (6/3, 6/10, 6/17, 6/24, 7/1, 7/8).

To help manufacturers prepare for the return to work, SCMEP is providing a 6-session series for mid-level managers called Leadership in Uncertain Times:  Navigating the New Normal. This peer coaching series will be facilitated by Brian Jaudon of Catalytic Consulting. During the series, Brian will address critical issues including:

  • Keeping your team motivated and inspired
  • Eliciting high performance amid current challenges
  • Demonstrating situational (crisis) leadership as issues arise
  • Ensuring effective communication with workforce, suppliers, and customers
  • Leading with clarity, courage, and conviction
  • Demonstrating your company’s core values when it counts

This informative and enlightening series will be highly interactive to provide optimum value to participants. We are confident this special series will help you better prepare for scale-up and move forward with agility.

Brian Jaudon has over a decade of online peer coaching experience starting with his role as a curriculum designer and “e-coach” with the Boston-based firm LeadershipTools. In his career, Brian has worked with companies ranging from small family-owned businesses to global corporations. He is also a co-author of two coaching trainings including The Leader as Coach and IFS-Inspired Coaching (based on the core principle of the Internal Family Systems model).
