Lean Six Sigma Green Belt*

training is a two-week course comprised of the entire Green Belt training program that will introduce participants to the Lean Six Sigma philosophy and terminology. It also provides the tools needed to complete a Green Belt certification project and serves as the first two weeks of Black belt training.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt**

training will equip participants with the knowledge to identify opportunities for improvement with your company, use Lean Six Sigma methodology and apply the correct tools and techniques to a Lean Six Sigma project. Upon completion of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training, participants will have the skills needed to lead Lean Six Sigma projects throughout their organizations to achieve significant financial impact and improve customer service.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt & Black Belt combo training includes the two-week Green Belt plus the Black Belt extension training. This format allows Green Belts and Black Belts to train together, creating an atmosphere similar to the work environment where Green and Black Belts work together (collaborate/participate) on Lean Six Sigma project teams.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Extension (Green Belt experience is a pre-requisite).

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt extension course is intended for experienced Green Belts interested in pursuing their Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Participants will learn advanced statistical tools required to support Green Belts and projects at their organization.

Notes:

This course uses statistical analysis of data. Participants should come to class with a device that has access to Excel as well as a Lean Six Sigma project identified for use during instruction.
