In partnership with the Marshall Institute, SCMEP is hosting a new workshop at the Business Learning Center in Greenville – Supervising Maintenance Training. The workshop is designed to cover a variety of skills required of maintenance supervisors including planning, organizing, staffing, motivating and controlling. Other skills required of maintenance supervisors include admin, HR, technical and decision-making skills.
The Supervising Maintenance Training workshop is ideal for all levels of supervisors including newly promoted, seasoned/experienced, and future supervisors. Specific job titles who would find this workshop beneficial include, but are not limited to, Frontline Maintenance Supervisors, Maintenance Lead, First Level Maintenance Managers, Maintenance Coordinators, and Maintenance Coaches.
When: August 11 – 13, beginning at 9 am daily, lunch provided
